Based in Newport Pagnell, A&S Balloons is owned by Sue and Andy Ellis. We are members of NABAS and Q.B.N. with Sue currently working towards her CBA. This prestigious qualification is gained through extensive knowledge and training in all aspects of balloon work. We are fully insured including Public Liability Insurance.
